Entry is from electric gates to a covered parking area. There is a large pool with terrace and access to the lounge. There is a large terrace that overlooks the sea which can be accessed from the lounge, kitchen and master bedroom. There is a stone BBQ on this level.
There is a very large sun terrace on the garden level and is accessed by steps from the pool area and French doors from bed 2,3,4 and the independent studio 

Entrance level; hall, spacious lounge/diner with 2 large comfortable sofas, fireplace, TV, Hi Fi. Well equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher. Bed 1, 140cm bed with cupboards en suite shower room and WC.

Garden level; Bed 2, 2 twin beds with en suite bathroom and WC, Bed 3, 2 twin beds with en suite shower room and WC. Bed 4, 160cm bed with en suite shower and WC. There is a very nice independent studio on this level with corner kitchen, double sofa bed ensuite shower WC.
